Nothing offers more stability to veterans who have recently returned home than the opportunity to develop professionally.

We at Phoenix Heroes Endowment Fund offer workshops to veterans that aim to assist them professionally so that they may find success in their chosen career path, allowing them the opportunity to better provide for themselves and their families.

Women veterans qualify for professional development and leadership training. These programs empower veterans to grow their interpersonal skills and become more financially stable.

Our workshops help to bring the larger community of veterans together in a supportive space of academic and business leaders who offer knowledge and expertise in their fields. These are interactive sessions that equip participants with tools for navigating things such as interviewing, networking, maneuvering through career changes, and negotiating salary.

Additionally, important relationships are built between these leaders-turned-mentors and participants, giving veterans the opportunity to continue the mentoring process from a virtual platform.
